Judy Miether January 18, 1943 - November 26, 2020

Mrs. Judy Miether, a Texas girl, born, Monday, January 18, 1943, left us on Thursday, November 26, 2020, to join her college sweetheart and husband of forty years, Evan Miether in Heaven. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Friday, December 4, 2020, in the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral Home, Forsyth, MO. Due to Covid-19, a mask will be required at all times while in the funeral home.

Judy made a business and a home for herself and her children here in Forsyth for twenty-one years. During that time, she supported her community by volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club, The Lion’s Club, The Elks Lodge, Forsyth Chamber of Commerce and numerous other local charities, organizations and church events with both the Forsyth Methodist Church and New Beginnings Fellowship.

It has often been said that Judy did enough good works to get all her friends and family into Heaven. Full of love and joy, this outstanding and giving woman, leaves behind to carry on for her, her brother, David Wafford; her “boys,” son, Michael Miether, and son-in-law, Jerry Odom; her daughter, Michele Odom; grandkids, Chelsea Splater, Justin Miether, Megan Odom and Emily Gray, as well as, beloved great-grandkids, great-great-grandkids, her precious dog, Marco and a gray-haired army of friends.

“Mother, you are and forever will be loved and missed.”

Cremation is under the direction of the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral Home, Forsyth, MO.
