Larry D. Fleming, age 64, of Lebanon, MO, died Monday, December 7, 2020, in Lebanon, MO. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
Larry Dean Fleming was born on Tuesday, December 20, 1955, in Iowa City, IA to Elmer and Mazie (Keys) Fleming. He was a graduate of Lebanon High School. Larry worked for Laclede Industries Sheltered Workshop since May of 1990 and rarely missed a day. He was a leader in his department and was trusted with operating the vertical and horizontal balers. He enjoyed working outside. Larry had a small stature but still threw heavy boards around with no problem. He was a very hard worker and the people he worked with; all became another family to him through the years being together.
Larry loved playing games when he was at home, especially UNO. He enjoyed playing with his great-nephews and loved watching wrestling, SWAT and NCIS. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. He was a dedicated hard worker and he had a fun sense of humor and would give people a hard time.
He is survived by one sister, Wilma Fleming of Lebanon, MO; one brother, Charles Keys of Lebanon; four nieces, Sheena Lowrance, Angie Fleming and significant other, Dan Ash, Charlene and Sherry Keys all of Lebanon; three great-nephews Brylyn Lowrance, Austen Fleming and Noah Ash and good friend, Lloyd Gormley.
Cremation is under the direction of the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral Home, Forsyth, MO.
